Eleni Skindilias, Chief Communications Officer and Fundraising Director at Passion for Paws, has dedicated her career to creating meaningful change for animals in the Passion for Paws Pack. A graduate of Concordia University’s Child Studies program, Eleni’s journey into animal welfare began with a serendipitous encounter that sparked a lifelong passion.

Over the years, Eleni has taken on a pivotal role in the rescue’s fundraising efforts and sponsorship initiatives, leading numerous successful projects and events. She now spearheads campaigns like the Second Chances Toy Drive and Dog-ust, a month dedicated to raising critical funds for emergency rescue cases. Her leadership and team, has been instrumental in fostering partnerships, and building a strong community.

Beyond her work with the rescue, Eleni works at an independent school, where she manages their annual giving campaign, and giving challenge which benefits their bursary programs. Her commitment to creating immediate impact for students reflects her overarching mission to make a difference, whether in the lives of animals or people.
