Meet Bean, a brave 4-month-old, 12-pound mixed breed pup with a heart full of resilience. Bean’s journey hasn’t been easy. Three weeks ago, he started limping, indicating something was wrong. His previous family took him to the vet but refused X-rays to diagnose the issue. Instead, Bean was sent home with pain medication and instructions to return if the limp persisted after four days. Sadly, they never returned.

Fast forward to over two weeks later, a much-needed X-ray revealed the heartbreaking truth: Bean had been limping with a shattered patella all along. Due to the neglect and delay in treatment, the only viable option was to amputate his leg. His previous family, confronted with the daunting costs of surgery, made the decision to leave Bean at the vet's office.

This is Bella, a 9-year-old senior Basenji x Lab mix, her spirit is as strong as ever however, her dental health has taken a toll, leaving her in need of urgent tooth extraction. We are reaching out to our wonderful community for support, aiming to raise $2000 to cover the remaining cost of Bella's surgery and ensure she gets the care she deserves. Our journey with Jackson began when we learned about how he was seized by Sauvetage Animal Rescue after being abandoned by his family. Due to his breathing difficulties, stemming from a palate issue, and his cherry eye condition, he requires two different surgeries. The medical expenses for Jackson's care had him at risk of being euthanized due to the financial burden. However, we couldn't bear to let such a sweet and deserving pup face such a fate through no fault of his own. That's why we stepped in to rescue Jackson and provide him with the love and care he desperately needs.

Diego came into our care under heart-wrenching circumstances. He came to us emaciated, neglected, and in dire need of immediate medical attention. You could count his ribs, see his hip bones protruding, and notice the painful calluses on the back of his knees. Diego's path to recovery is a challenging one, but with your support, we can give him the life he truly deserves.
