Community Events Coordinator & General Management
Emma Mazzone
Emma, currently studying Behavioral Neuroscience at Concordia University, discovered Passion for Paws through a shared class with the organization’s founder, Olivia. She was amazed to learn that someone attending the same school and taking similar classes had successfully founded a non-profit. After following Passion for Paws on Instagram, Emma quickly applied for volunteer opportunities and was warmly welcomed into the community.
As the General Task Management & Community Events Coordinator, Emma focuses on volunteer appreciation, assisting with day-to-day operations, and planning meaningful events that bring the community together in support of Passion for Paws' mission. Growing up surrounded by dogs, Emma has always felt a deep connection to her four-legged companions and is committed to making a difference in their lives.
Being part of this organization allows Emma to combine her passion for animals with her love for fostering community engagement. She draws inspiration from the positive impact Passion for Paws has on the lives of countless dogs and families. For Emma, this isn’t just volunteering—it’s a lifelong commitment to a pack that feels like home.
