Maïva is currently pursuing a master’s degree in digital media while working as a content creator at the municipal level. Passion for Paws caught her attention through social media, and she quickly connected with our mission. Today, Maïva plays a key role as our media content creator, crafting engaging weekly posts for our Instagram page.

With a lifelong love for animals, Maïva’s pssion for storytelling began in cégep, where she created her first documentary about a dog rescue. She couldn’t resist the connection she felt and ended up leaving with her first rescue dog! Since then, she has volunteered with various organizations, promoting causes like school perseverance and local attractions. Volunteering at Passion for Paws holds a special place in her heart, as it allows her to collaborate with like-minded individuals, all working toward the same goal: giving a better life to the dogs who cross our path
